Eric Jones will bring change and provide a new generation of leadership.

Eric Jones comes from a humble working-class background.  His mother was a nurse and his father a disabled veteran.  His family depended on government programs and community support to get by. 

Jones has a change agenda — he’ll make corporations pay their fair share and return $10,000 to the average family, he will work for universal childcare and in home senior care.  He’ll force Big Pharma to provide affordable prescription drugs and fight Republican cuts to Medicaid and Social Security. Eric Jones will never take a dime from corporate PACs, never take a dime from lobbyists and will never trade a stock in Congress.  

Voters Need to Strongly Know Why Mike Thompson is Part of the Problem. 

For years, Mike Thompson has asked voters to trust that more time in office will finally produce the results they’ve been waiting for.  But after decades in Washington, the truth is simple:

After nearly 30 years in Congress, Mike Thompson is part of the problem in Washington. He’s taken nearly $13 million from corporate PACs, insurance companies, Wall Street, gun lobbyists, big oil and big tobacco, while opposing efforts to lower prescription drug costs, and supporting policies that put Social Security at risk.  

He was even ranked one of the least effective Democrats in Congress. It’s time for new leadership.
